But I think for the most part he's done a really good job so far and I'd -- the B a B plus say -- still -- if he's not to put a final grid out of so I think he's a good football coach on the he's a great head coach because I don't know what he does as a head coach. That makes this team better one of his greatest weaknesses is that until this year he had one of the worst staffs of assistant coaches in the league year in and year out. And the few good ones that -- they had like Karl Dunbar defensive line coach and of course Ron Rivera. Either left or fired so what they did is they dramatically upgraded the staff this year Rod Marinelli highly respected Jon Hoke highly respected. I think Ron Turner is a good football coach only he's the best offense accordingly but I think he's a good football coach think -- stamped them a nice job with the offense of wanna do. -- camp yeah well let me take a step back he did a very good cast his first two years.
